The Rules
House Rules at Juniper Ridge
These rules apply to every resident, every day, without exception.
General Conduct
1
No drugs, alcohol, or paraphernalia allowed on or off the property at any time.

No violence, threats, intimidation, or harassment of any kind toward any person.

No stealing or destruction of personal or house property.
4
No weapons of any kind are permitted on the premises.
5
No sexual relationships between residents living in the home.

No disruptive behavior including yelling, slamming doors, or aggressive conduct.
Daily Responsibilities

Curfew must be followed at all times. Exceptions require prior approval from the house manager.

Assigned chores must be completed daily. Chores rotate every Sunday.

Bedrooms must remain clean, organized, and inspection-ready at all times.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM every day without exception.

No overnight guests allowed under any circumstances whatsoever.

Visitors are only allowed during approved hours and must stay in common areas only.
Curfew Policy
Curfew is not Optional
Curfew exists to keep every resident safe and accountable. Exceptions require prior notice and verification such as a work schedule or treatment appointment.
Late arrivals without approval are a rule violation and may result in consequences up to and including discharge.

Consequences for Rule violations
We are firm but fair. Rules are enforced consistently to protect everyone in the home.

Verbal Warning
First violation results in a direct conversation with the house manager and documentation.

Written Warning
Second violation results in a formal written warning added to the resident file.
03
Loss of Privileges
Continued violations result in loss of visitor privileges, extended curfew, or other restrictions.
04
Discharge
Serious or repeated violations result in discharge with referrals to appropriate support services.
