Meet the Executive Director
Sheryl Afana, RN, BSN
Sheryl Afana is a registered nurse with years of experience in healthcare and a deep personal commitment to helping women in recovery. She founded Juniper Ridge Recovery House because she saw firsthand the gap between leaving treatment and finding stable, supportive housing.
Her background in nursing gave her the clinical understanding of addiction. Her compassion gave her the drive to do something about it. Juniper Ridge is the result of both.
Sheryl leads with dignity, structure, and a genuine belief that every woman is capable of rebuilding her life when she has the right environment around her.
